These terms apply to orders placed with Wendy Smith t/a Health Hut 2 ("The Health Hut").

Ordering and when an order is confirmed

You choose your meals and a delivery day, then send us your order on WhatsApp. Sending an order is a request to buy.

Your order is confirmed when we receive your payment.

Order by 12pm Saturday for Monday delivery; 12pm Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

Meals are a set menu that changes each week. The minimum order is 3 meals.

Prices and payment

Meal prices are shown on the menu or confirmed in your payment link. Delivery is £2.99 per order, not per meal.

We send you a Dojo payment link to pay by card. This site does not take payment.

Delivery

We deliver on Monday & Thursday. Meals come three days at a time, individually prepped and sealed.

We deliver within 15 miles of NP18 1QF. Distance is measured in a straight line from the Health Hut.

• Up to 5 miles: no minimum order
• 5 to 10 miles: minimum order £25
• 10 to 15 miles: minimum order £50
• Over 15 miles: message us on WhatsApp and we’ll let you know

Delivery time window: 11am–3pm on Monday and Thursday

Collect from The Ship Inn, Caerleon. Same days, Monday and Thursday.

If nobody's in, we'll leave your order in the safe place you give on the order form. If you don't give one, message us to rearrange.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

You can change or cancel your order up to the order cut-off: 12pm Saturday for Monday delivery; 12pm Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Message us on WhatsApp or email to do it.

If an item is missing or wrong, tell us and we'll give you a credit on your next order. See refunds.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Allergens and labels

If you have an allergy or intolerance, message us before you order so we can check the meals together.

Every meal is sealed with its allergens and the legally required information on the back. Read the label on every meal. See allergens and food information.
